The Vouchers are available at AC City Max hotels and by calling to our Booking Service: +34 902 292 293. Vouchers are not available for purchase in the hotels in Italy.

General conditions for the use of the Dream Voucher

  • Each voucher is exchangeable for one night in a double room or double room for individual use, with breakfast.

  • These rates are valid for weekend stays, long weekends and holiday periods until 31/12/2010.

  • The AC Santo Mauro, AC Palacio del Carmen and AC Baqueira require two CityMax Dream Vouchers for a one-night stay with breakfast.

  • The voucher may be exchanged for one night at any of the AC Hotels in Spain, Italy and Portugal, with the exception of the following establishments: AC Victoria Suites, AC Som, AC Martorell, AC Salymar, AC Nuevo Portil, AC Carlton Madrid, AC Arganda, AC Móstoles, AC Palacio de San Esteban and AC Sevilla Torneo.

  • This voucher can be combined with a maximum of one other voucher per stay (two-voucher total).

  • Additional nights will be charged at the best available rate.

  • This voucher requires prepayment, meaning that the guest will be asked to pay the full price of the voucher at the time of purchase.

  • When booking, guests are required to inform the hotel that they will be using the voucher to pay for their stay, specifying the serial number printed on the voucher.

  • The actual voucher must be presented at the hotel as a payment method.

  • There will be no reimbursement for unused vouchers.

  • Cot or additional bed free (with prior request and subject to availability), when sharing a room with two adults (maximum one child under age 12 per room).

  • AC Hotels reserves the right to modify the rates, giving advance notice thereof and guaranteeing the price paid at the time of purchase.
